DROWNSHIP, formed in 2018, is a 5-piece post-metal band from Hamburg. Comprising some members of OPHIS, TODTGELICHTER and CALEYA. Early 2021 they released the EP "A Dirge To A Carrion Heart" via MOMENT OF COLLAPSE RECORDS/ BLOODBLAST DISTRIBUTION. After some live shows (with THRONEHAMMER, EVOKEN, THE MOTH, OK WAIT etc), they recorded their debut album "Tidal Passages" which will be released soon.
DROWNSHIP creates a mix of heavy and progressive soundscapes, accompanied by screams and clean singing.
