Welcome to my digital portfolio
This is where I'll post my best and worst photos and photography projects. I have only been doing photography for 2 years but in that short time I have enjoyed it so much and its now a fan favorite hobby of mine. I go on lots of hikes and travel a lot so I am able to get lots of photos for projects. I love to learn about people and business.
Project artwork
For this project we were required to shoot 5 personal images and to explore all the editing features that I could. I used my friends a lot to help me shoot these photos because I wanted to use my own poses in these photos and I used editing software's such as Pixlr and Adobe Photoshop. My personal favorite image was my spiderman photo where I was doing a spiderman pose over a sunset photo that I AI generated. I love this photo because spiderman is one of my favorite superheroes and this photo made me spiderman. :)
This project was about learning how my camera works and getting more familiar with the tools on it. I was required to shoot 25 images for my GTK project following random prompts and I had to make a collage back round using 15 of those photos. The 10x10 collage was a challenge to stand in one spot and take as many photos as possible in that one position. I had a lot of trouble finding ideas for the photos but then I realized I have 1500 photos not synced to icloud on my phone, so I used images that I had from my phone in order to complete this project. Of all the photos in this project my favorite was my photo relating to something hard or soft. For this prompt I chose to be creative and took a photo of me doing schoolwork which is technically something hard. I really dislike school so making a funny photo like this was nice and it was fun to see it all coming together.
Gen AI project
This project had us create 6 images using photoshop to follow specific guidelines to create 6 unique images using the following guidelines. editing a cabin the woods, using ONLY Ai Generative Fill &/or Generative Expand from scratch on a custom background you create, using GEN.Ai & one of your personal images from any PAST projects, GEN.Ai in combination with one of your personal images that you captured NEW & specifically for this project, using GEN.Ai to produce a fictional character of some sort using a photo you capture of yourself or any willing model of your choosing, and lastly using GEN.Ai to recreate a dream or nightmare you have had , that you can recall and that has somehow impacted you.
For this project we were required to take photos of random objects that we thought resembled a letter. We had to make 2 images using these requirements with 6 or more letters. I really enjoyed using things that I thought could go along with the word I was creating. I really enjoyed this project and it is definitely my favorite of the projects so far. My favorite of the 2 words is 'Roll Tide" because this took a very long time but I am very pleased with the results that came from it.

Picto project
this project requires you to turn in three image-based assignments: a self-portrait manipulated to look like a drawing or painting, an image with five distinct filtered selections, and a filter collage created from a third photograph. You must also incorporate text with different fonts and various layer effects. I definitely enjoyed this project and would love to do it again. My favorite image was the filter collage because it looks very silly but still looks good.
EAPD PROJECT
You will concentrate on capturing and highlighting particular artistic elements in your photos for this project. You will use Photoshop to construct an arrangement that integrates Design Principles and use your captured photos to produce an Elements of Art poster. To help you grasp these Elements and Principles, go over the directions below or in class, and then look out online examples to incorporate into the EAPD-8th slideshow. You can either make your own original design or use my given design proposal to make your poster. If you choose to make your own, you must have the following:
for this project we were required to take photos that followed 10 different prompts. We did two photos for each of these elements. I completed this project by using some of the most creative parts of my brain because I did not want my photos to resemble anyone else's photos. I used adobe photoshop and the camera raw filter and shadows tool were some star tools I used. After we took these photos we were told to merge them with layers. My favorite photo I created was the one I did of my friend Avery because every photo I used was taken on the beach.

Tutorial project
for this project we were required to find 5 tutorials online and then complete one of the tutorials. For the tutorials I chose to do a neon glow effect on one of my older photos.
PS paint project
For this project we were required to take and edit a series of 5 photos that included the following prompts, - Personal or Google "Soft-Light" Painting, Custom Brush Painting incorporating 3 Custom Brushes, Art History Brush Painting Using 3 Custom Brushes, Classic Recreation Painting, Image Incorporation Painting. I used a lot of brush tools for this project and my favorite of the photos I did was actually the painting.
Multiple Exposure
This project required us to create 4 different photos with the following prompts: a levitation image where we make an object float, a combo photo where we combine two different photos that look like they could fit, a double exposure where we put two photos on top of one another, and lastly a multiplicity photo where we had to take different hots of the same person and combine them. I used adobe Photoshop to do this and I incorporated the masking layer a LOT.
Portrait project
For this project we were required to create a whopping 7 photos that went along the lines of the following prompts: an indirect self portrait where we take photos of objects that are associated with us, flashback portrait where you take a photo of yourself now and photoshop it into a photo of your younger self, a composite portrait where you take 8 photos of a person face and photo shop it to look weird, split portrait where you combine two faces, blended faces, 3 portraits of different people and make a new face, and ai or internet backdrop portrait where we take an image and photoshop ourselves into it, a stylized portrait where you get a cartooon character and edit yourself to look like the character.
