Hi!
I’m Ashley—a photographer, retreat host, and mom of three boys. For over 15 years, I’ve worked closely with women, creating space for them to see themselves differently—not just in photos, but in how they move through their lives. My work has always been rooted in connection, and helping people come back to themselves. A big part of my story—and the reason I do this work— I’ve seen what people carry behind closed doors. I’ve worked with survivors. I’ve lived through my own experiences that forced me to rebuild, redefine my worth, and learn what it actually means to feel safe in your own body again. That changes you. It changes how you show up, how you hold space, and how deeply you understand what someone might be walking through—even if they never say it out loud. This retreat isn’t about fixing you. It’s about giving you space to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself without pressure or judgment. Costa Rica is the setting—but the real work is what happens within you while you’re here.
