9th graders will have an opportunity to take a field trip to the Catalyst Center on 10/28/2025. Permission slips will be available in the Counseling Center beginning 10/20/2025. Please get your permission slips submitted as soon as possible because it will be on a first come, first served basis.
We will have a Halloween dance & activities on Wednesday, 10/29/2025 during the last period of the day. Parents, if you will be checking your student out during this time, please call the office that morning so we can be prepared and more efficient with our check out process.

The Mueller Park Junior High administration has 59 years of combined dedicated experience to Davis School District.
Important Reminders
The District cell phone policy has been updated. You can view the letter Mr. Tupea sent out last week at the link below. For clarification, earbuds are included in this policy and can only be used in between classes and during lunch. Wired headphones will be available for each student to use with their laptop for class assignments. Students are welcome to use their own wired headphones if they'd like.
Scam Alert
- If you receive a text or email asking for gift cards, money, or similar purchases, please remember that school administrators will never ask for these things - if you receive such a "communication", delete it and check with the main office if unsure.
Student Badges
- Please encourage your students to bring their ID badges each day. A $0.25 charge on myDSD for each temporary card that gets printed. After 3 temporary prints, there will be a $5.00 charge. Thank you for your help with this.
- We are asking students to wear their student ID badges on a lanyard while they are at school. ID badges are used to take attendance, to issue PBIS points, and to safely identify our students.
Tutor Buses
- Our tutor bus transportation has begun! Thank you for your patience. Teachers will be available for tutoring on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 3:15-4:15pm in addition to Wednesday late start mornings from 9:05-10:05. Students will need to arrange tutoring on these days with their teacher. After tutoring, the teacher will give students a tutor slip which allows them on the tutor bus to be transported home.
myDSD
- Yearbook fees go up on November 1st. Please log into myDSD to pay for fees, purchase a yearbook, or to add lunch money to your student's account.
- Check for updates on student assignments and grades.
Pantry Packs
- Weekend food bags with easy meals and snacks are available for students who need them. Please contact Sunny Ford by email at sunford@dsdmail.net for more information.
