Term 3 was a busy one! A huge thank you yet again to Quinn’s for donating an Easter Egg to every single child in the school and the Early Years Class . This was very much appreciated!
Please ensure you are registered with iPay, the platform used to order school lunches. Starting in August, all school trips—including the Arran trip—must be paid for through iPay. The school will no longer accept cash payments. Register or log in at: https://www.ipayimpact.co.uk
Lastly, remember to take a note of upcoming events and dates leading up to our summer break, which are at the end of the newsletter.
Many thanks and best wishes!
Mr Robin Cameron-Longden, Depute Head Teacher

Parent Survey
We would appreciate hearing your views about the nursery to help to continually improve our service. Please follow the link below to complete our survey. It should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Reminders!
Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Please make sure your child arrives on time each day, ready to learn and play. If your child will be absent, kindly contact through Eduspot or call the school office.
Communication: We value strong communication with our parent/carers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak with our practitioner at the door or your child's key worker during drop off and pick-up. You can also call the school office to speak with Mr Cameron-Longden.
Winter Clothing: With the change of temperature it is important that we make sure everyone is dressed appropriately for the weather. During these colder months please make sure you send your child in with a hat, scarf and gloves that are all named. You are welcome to leave these on your child's peg if you have an extra set at home. This will allow them to access the outdoors while things are a little colder.
Please visit our school website for more information about the school's development and all past and future newsletters. Visit our school Facebook page to keep up to date with what is happening within the school
P1 Formal Transition
Our P1 formal transition begins on Thursday 7th of May. The program of transition events has been emailed to all parents of children who will begin P1 in August. These visits do not involve the EYC staff, and the children will work mainly with staff from within the mainstream school. Early Years staff will take the preschool children down to the P1 transition events and remain their as support.
If you have questions about transition, please contact Mr Cameron-Longden via the school office.
