Action For Happiness are encouraging us all to try new things this November, however small or ambitious!

New experiences are good for our emotional health. Trying new things gives us a hit of dopamine (feel good chemical) and makes us feel rewarded.

If you need suggestions, we recommend following this Action for Happiness calendar and why not get friends and family to join in too?
