Fly into San antonio international Airport (SAT)
Plan to Arrive NO Later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 8th.
Plan to Depart at ANY Time after 12:30pm on Sunday, August 11th
Transportation plans need to be discussed with your regional trainer/NGL divisional office. We encourage NGL participants to book airline tickets together and ride share when possible to get to the hotel. Packing List
Pack for warm weather when outdoors. Dress is casual during free time and business casual during training time. There is a pool on site so bring a bathing suit if you'd like to swim during free time. Be sure to pack your bible and a journal and/or notebook. Hotel accommodations will consist of 2 people per room at the Hyatt Riverwalk.
DRESS CODE EXPECTATIONS
- NGL's are required to dress in Business Casual attire during training times.
- All NGL's are expected to dress in a manner that uplifts the professionalism standards of the Next Gen Program.
- T'shirts, Flip Flops, and Lounge Wear are Discouraged unless you are in free time or at a planned outdoor event.
- If in doubt, ask your local supervisor or your Regional or Divisional NGL Coordinators regarding additional recommendations on dress code.
