First-year head coach John Bodden takes the reins of a program that secured its third Landmark Women's Swimming & Diving title in 2023, adding to the victories in 2021 and 2020, and is poised to pursue a fourth triumph at this year's meet.
As the Catholic University gears up for the 2024 championships, it boasts a seasoned and accomplished squad, featuring six returning all-conference performers.
The roster includes Emily Albans, Bella Mugno, Angele Parral, Maura Sadowski, and Ava Snyder, all of whom played pivotal roles in securing four out of the five relay victories at last year's meet. Snyder, in particular, showcased her prowess by securing the runner-up position in the 1,650-freestyle event. Additionally, Parral and Sadowski earned silver medals in the 400-individual medley and 200-backstroke, respectively.
Drew University
- Head Coach: Rich Munson (9th Season)
- Team Titles: 1 (2022)
After securing the program's first-ever Landmark title in 2022, the Drew women's swimming and diving team is determined to reclaim the top spot on the podium.
Unfortunately, the Rangers will be without key performer Katie Cashin, who graduated last year. Cashin, honored as Swimmer of the Year in the previous season, made significant contributions, winning three individual events for Drew and being part of two first-place and two second-place relay teams.
However, the team can still rely on Katerina Poulathas, who returns for her junior season and is strongly favored in the 500-freestyle and 1,650-freestyle. Poulathas currently holds the top time in both events this season and clinched the championship in the 1,650-free at last year's meet. Additionally, she is joined by a veteran group of Amira Hadri, Ece Onatca, Tori Newton, Sam Trodick, and Kaitlyn Zayle, all of whom earned the distinction of being all-conference performers last year.
Elizabethtown College

Elizabethtown College's women's program has shown consistent improvement each year, culminating in another top-five finish at last year's championships where they shattered five records during the three-day meet.
The Blue Jays enter the upcoming championship with the return of all four All-Landmark performers: Sarah Marston, Kaylee Blair, Gracie Harding, and Hailey Poulos.
Marston, securing silver in the 100-freestyle, 200-freestyle, and 200-individual medley, leads the accomplished quartet. Blair, earning second place in the 500-freestyle, joined with Marston, Harding, and Poulos in the runner-up 800-freestyle relay.
Goucher College

- Team Titles: 0
The Gophers boast a more seasoned roster as they approach the 2024 championships, featuring two seniors, five juniors, three sophomores, and three first-years.
Ella Robinson, a standout breaststroke specialist, makes a return for her junior season. In the previous year, she secured a spot in the A-Finals for the 200-yard breaststroke, impressively shaving two seconds off her preliminary time (2:26.18) to finish in eighth place with a time of 2:34.45.
Teaming up with Robinson are Olivia Reichardt and Avery McEachern, comprising the 400-yard freestyle relay team that clinched a sixth-place finish at the previous year's championships.

As they dive into this new chapter, Lycoming College is set to make a splash in the conference and carve out its place in the winter championship scene.

Moravian University stands as one of the youngest contenders in the conference, currently embarking on just its third season as a varsity program.
For first-year head coach Matt Easterday, there's a silver lining in the form of seasoned swimmers within the women's program, providing invaluable guidance to the Greyhounds as they approach the 2024 championships.
At the helm of this experienced group is junior standout Sarah Mazzetti, steering the Blue & Grey with top-notch performances. Mazzetti has etched her name among the conference, securing the 20th spot in the 400-individual medley with a time of 5:35.27 this season.

As the Royals aim for the 2024 title, their potential as favorites looms large, as they are poised to secure what would be the program's fourth Landmark Women's Championship. Scranton's commanding regular-season victories over league powerhouses Catholic University (200-87) and Drew University (156-143) highlight their strength and make them a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming championship.
Leading the charge is fourth-year head coach Chris Brown and his coaching staff, as the group is the reigning women's Coaching Staff of the Year. The team also welcomes back Alanna Kelly, a two-time All-Conference Second Team performer in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard breaststroke.

Among the key returners is Ashley Derrick, who earned an All-Conference selection last year after she secured the runner-up spot in the 100-yard backstroke.
Adding to the team's strength is the anticipated impact of senior Mia Doll. Doll is poised to leave her mark at the championship, currently boasting the second-best times in both the 200 and 400-yard individual medleys, clocking in at 2:14.41 and 4:47.67, respectively.
