Welcome
Welcome to Our Savior Hawaii's Online Sunday School! Today, we celebrate that Jesus welcomes us. He faced rejection on the cross, so we wouldn't have to. His resurrection means all are welcome into the church.

God's Word
Read today's story in Matthew 21:33-46.

- Create a welcome sign for your home or room.
- Move to a larger space to play a version of Duck, Duck, Goose. Sit in a circle “vineyard.” One kid is a “messenger.” The messenger taps each sitting kid, calling out “messenger,” until naming one kid “worker.” The worker chases and tries to tag (chase the messenger out) the messenger before the messenger sits “safely” in the worker’s spot.
- Often, the homeless and houseless are rejected in our world. Talk with an adult about how you might be able to support a homeless shelter in the next week or month.
Pray+ Bless
Prayer: Dear Jesus, rejection is hard. I know you understand because you were rejected too. Thank you for welcoming me always! Amen.
Blessing: Circle up as a household. Pick someone to start the blessing. They say, "Jesus welcomes us. And that means me (place a hand on your chest). And that means you (place your other hand on the shoulder of the person next to you)". Pass the blessing by repeating those words and actions. When the blessing makes it back to the first person, they say, "Go and bless the world."
