PTO Trunk-or-Treat

Thank you to all of those who decorated a trunk and/or donated candy. Our second annual Trunk-or-Treat would not have happened without you! We had record crowds and can't wait to celebrate with you again next year! We hope more groups (even student groups) will participate next year!!!

Halloween Candy Donations

As a school that represents RESPONSIBILITY not only for ourselves but for our community as well, we are looking to support and bring some cheer to the children and hospital staff at Beaumont Children's Hospital. We invite our Larson community to donate any extra candy they may have form Halloween to support this great cause. You can bring your extra candy in a bag to Mr. Tull's room, 509, all this week. Thanks so much for your support to help us build RELATIONSHIPS with the community!

1st Quarter Report Cards

1st Quarter Report Cards will be available in the Power School Parent Portal on Friday, November 10. Click on "Report Cards" on the left side of the main page.

StuCo Drive for Troy People Concerned

Larson StuCo will be taking collections from October 30-November 17 in 4th hour to benefit the Troy People Concerned pantry. Please see the list of items in the flyer below. Notice that a can of coffee is worth more than the other items. The class with the most items will win donuts!

ALICE Crisis Drill on November 14

On Tuesday, November 14, we will conduct our first ALICE crisis drill with all LMS students. We utilize these procedures in the event of a dangerous event using the ALICE protocol shown above.

IA East Informational Meeting (Current 8th)

International Academy East is getting ready to open their Class of 2028 application on November 1st, 2023. The 90-day application window will close on January 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

They will be having an informational night for all new families interested in applying on Thursday, November 9th from 6-7:00 pm at IA East - 1291 Torpey Drive. This event is open to both students and families and will include tours, Q&A, and general information about our program of study. They will also be holding a second informational night in January. More info to follow on that date.

We visited the the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial. This bench was dedicated to the youngest victim of the attack, Dana Falkenberg. She was 3 years old.

Got to visit so many memorials! They were even more beautiful at night!

The International Spy Museum was really interactive and fun!

We visited the White House!
