Important Information
A signed waiver is required for all individuals who enter the facilities.
For households needing multiple access cards, a maximum of four access cards will be issued per lot.
Access card holders must be at least 14 years of age or older in order to request an access card.
Residents under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older to access the amenities. In addition, residents must be at least 18 years of age to bring a guest(s) to the amenities.
What is needed
To retrieve access cards, homeowners must provide proof of residency. Acceptable forms of proof include a contract or title with their name listed, or a government-issued ID showing the Inspiration address.
In order to retrieve access cards, residents who are tenants of the home must be able must provide proof of residency by presenting a 12-month lease with their name listed.
In order to retrieve access cards, residents who are adult occupants of the home must provide proof of residency by presenting a government-issued ID with the Inspiration address. Please note that passports do not include address information and will not be accepted.
To obtain an access card, all minor residents must provide proof of age using a government-issued identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include a birth certificate, passport, state-issued ID card, or driver's license. Alternatively, you can access Skyward, navigate to "Student Info," take a screenshot of the page displaying the minor’s date of birth, and submit it as proof.
Temporary Cards: If you are an adult occupant of a household in Inspiration Residential Association and are in the process of obtaining proof of residency, an access card can be issued and activated for a period of 90 days. If an adult occupant does not yet have an updated ID, a 90-day temporary access card may be issued.
The resident must provide proof of residency (such as a leaseholder’s written confirmation and a supporting document like a utility bill).
If required by law, the occupant should show proof of an appointment with the Department of Public Safety to update their ID.
Abuse of this policy may result in the deactivation of all household access cards.
Care Giver Registration
If your household has a caregiver who is in need of access to the Facilities in the homeowner’s absence, you are allotted an access card exclusive to the caregiver. Each household can receive a maximum of one caregiver access card. To retrieve a caregiver access card, please complete the required registration form.
Care Giver Access is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Care Givers must complete the Facility Use Agreement; please include their information so the mobile access card can be sent to the Care Giver.
Once the Care Giver Registration and Care Giver Facility Use Waiver are completed and the registration fee are received the Care Giver will receive the Mobile Access Card. Additional details will be sent to the Care Giver on the next steps.
Deactivation of Access Cards
Reasons for access cards to be deactivated include but are not limited to the following reasons listed below:
- The resident no longer lives in Inspiration Residential Association
- The homeowner rents out their house and gives access to their tenants
- The resident violates the Facilities Use Agreement
- The homeowner is delinquent on their HOA assessments and fines
- The homeowner violates the rental policies
Minor Access Cards
Residents aged 14 and over can now have their own mobile credentials for accessing our community amenities! This allows them greater independence and convenience when enjoying the pool, gym, or other facilities.
Eligibility and Instructions:
If you have a minor aged 14 or older who would like their own mobile credential, and your address currently has less than four active credentials, please follow these steps:

Additional Mobile Access Cards
If your household needs more than the four complimentary mobile access cards. Owners will need to complete the below form for a fifth and sixth mobile access card and pay a fee of $30 per additional card. The additional users will still need to complete the waivers, and all provide proof of residency.
Obtaining a Mobile Access Cards
Please follow the link below to complete the required waiver for the facilities.
We must have all lot owners on the account sign the waiver before mobile credentials are released for the lot.
Please do not complete another waiver if one was previously completed. If you have not received your mobile credentials reach out to the Association team.
Next Steps
The Association team processes the mobile credentials within one business day from the completed waivers.
While you wait for your mobile credentials please ensure that you download Alarm.com app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
Mobile Credential Registration
Once the Association team process your waivers, each user will receive an email from SentrySecurity.
- View your Mobile Credential Registration email on your mobile device.
- Click on the invitation link in step two, and the link will direct you to the Alarm.com mobile app.
- Once the mobile app loads, select Enable Bluetooth
- The access card will populate on the home screen of the Alarm.com mobile app (no login credentials are required).
More Information
If you have yet to receive your mobile credential registration email, and it has been more than 48 hours, please reach out to the Association Team.
Some delays with the link occurs when:
- Missing proof of residency
- Missing waiver from co-owner.
- Missing copy of the lease.
- Missing proof of age.
