Atlantic 10 Tournament Champions

After taking home the title of A10 regular season champions, the Flyers earned their way to the tournament championship game. With 110 minutes of scoreless play, the Flyers and the Rams went head-to-head in a penalty kick shootout. Thanks to a Batoul Reda in net, a miss from URI, and Riley Kerber's converted PK, Dayton took down Rhode Island to secure the title.

Atlantic 10 Midfielder of the Year

Sophomore Liv Grenda was named the Midfielder of the Year by the Atlantic 10 Conference. Also earning a spot on the All-Atlantic 10 first team honorees, Grenda finished the season with six goals and four assists, including her three game-winning goals.

Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year

Senior Kara Karfonta earned the title of Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year to finish her career as a Flyer. Excelling not only on defense, Karfonta had a great offensive season with four goals and three assists. Karfonta was also named on the All-Atlantic 10 first team honorees.

Atlantic 10 Goalkeeper of the Year

Senior goalie Batoul Reda was named the Goalkeeper of the Year by the Atlantic 10 conference and was named alongside three other teammates on the All-Atlantic 10 first team honorees. Reda saved 73 of the 85 shots on goal, saving over 85% of the shots she faced. Reda started every game this season, serving as a huge asset for the Flyers.

Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year

Head coach Eric Golz was named the Coach of the Year for the 2025 season, by the Atlantic 10 Conference. Leading the Flyers since 2016, Golz coached the team to two championships this season, the Atlantic 10 Regular Season and the Atlantic 10 Tournament championships.

Academic All-American Honor

Not only did senior Ella Raimondi excel on the field this season, she also put equally as much time into her studies. Adding to her performance on the pitch with three goals this season, Raimondi was named an Academic All-American second team member by the Atlantic 10 Conference for her impressive 4.0 GPA in Mechanical Engineering. She was the first Dayton Women's soccer player to be named a College Sports Communicators Academic All- American since 2013. Ella Raimondi continuously serves as an example of what it truly means to be a student athlete.

First Team All-Atlantic 10

The Flyers had four First Team All-Conference honorees. Each player earned a notable amount of votes from the head women's soccer coaches of the A-10 Conference. Liv Grenda, Laney Smith, Krya Karfonta, and Batoul Reda were recognized for their consistent, standout performances throughout the season.

Second Team All-Atlantic 10

Karli Ferguson, Lauren Feilds, Bre Mendoza, Ella Raimondi, and Molly Russell were named Second Team All-Conference for the 2025 season. They were recognized by the votes from head coaches around the A-10 Conference for outstanding performance.

A-10 All-Rookie Team

The freshman trio of Ky Hau-Golden, Emery Newlin and Caroline Schork were each named to the A-10 All-Rookie team.

A-10 All-Academic Team

To be recognized by the Atlantic 10 for outstanding academic performance, players must be a sophomore or above who maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0 and is recognized as a significant contributor to the team. The three Flyers who met these standards were Liv Grenda, Ella Raimondi, and Batoul Reda, continuing to represent what it means to be student-athlete at Dayton.

Reda Rewrites Record Book

Senior Batoul Reda became the first Flyer to be named Atlantic 10 Goalkeeper of the Year, an award that came into existence in 2023. Reda set the single-season shutout record with 15 this season and set the program record for career shutouts with 40. 40 career shutouts puts her in a tie for 20th in NCAA Division I Women's history.
