This is a space for deep reconnection—to body, breath, and the intelligence of lineage. Through somatic and spiritual practices rooted in ancient teachings and modern science, I guide others in remembering their innate wisdom and restoring harmony between the physical, emotional, ancestral and subtle realms.

Healing does not happen by forcing, fixing, or becoming someone else. It begins by learning how to listen—to the body, the breath, the heart, and the deeper patterns that shape how we move through life. Earth and Ether offers a grounded and integrative approach to healing and personal transformation through Conscious Connected Breathwork, kundalini yoga, spiritual practice, nervous system support, ancestral healing, and intentional community spaces. Whether you are navigating transition, seeking deeper connection, rebuilding trust with yourself, or longing for a more meaningful relationship with life, this work invites you into greater presence, awareness, and embodiment.

In our work together, we begin where you are.

Through breathwork, yoga, conscious feeling work, meditation, and ancestral healing practices, you start to release what your body has been holding—unprocessed stress, unintegrated emotion, and inherited patterns that were never yours to keep. As you hold space for yourself, and the patterns or Samskaras begin to shift, your experience of yourself changes. You feel more space inside you. More depth in how you relate to yourself and others. More meaning in how you live your life. The inner critic quiets. Your intuition becomes clearer, steadier. You begin to operate from a place of radical self responsibility, self trust and sovereignty. You begin to hear your own truth—your Sat Nam—and trust it. From that place, connection deepens. With yourself. With the people you love. With the life you’re actually living.

This is the return—to your body, your breath, and the wisdom that has always been there.

About Me

You may be in a season where you’re looking for something deeper than personal development or surface-level change. What I bring is a grounded, embodied approach that meets you where you are—through the body, the breath, and the nervous system—while also honoring the deeper emotional, relational, and inherited layers that shape your life experience. My work has been shaped by both lived experience and years of devoted study. I am certified in Integrative Breathwork Facilitation (7.5 months), Kundalini Rebirthing (60hr), Radiant Body Yoga (200 RYT), and Ancestral Healing (60hrs) through Thomas Hübl. I continue my studies through Shakti School with Pauline Drossart and Kundalini University with Guru Singh. Alongside this, I bring over 30 years of experience as a holistic hairdresser and conscious business owner—in leadership and entrprenuership, supporting people in how they see themselves, care for themselves, and navigate change in their lives. You may meet me in one-on-one sessions, women’s and couples circles, retreats, or through breathwork journey's and yoga classes. In some cases, this includes support within 12-step recovery pathways, where it is aligned with your journey. This work is shaped by a lifelong connection to nature, having grown up in Colorado and continuing to find grounding and perspective in the mountains and in time spent in natural environments around the world. Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breath is a guided breathwork practice that invites you into a deeper relationship with your own inner experience. Through continuous, connected breathing, you’re able to access non-ordinary states of awareness where the body and mind can begin to soften old patterns. This creates space for what has been held—stress, emotion, tension, and stored experience—to naturally move and release. As this happens, many people begin to feel more spacious in their body, more present in themselves, and more connected to their own life-force energy. Each session is held with intuitive, grounded guidance and a pace that honors your system—supporting both depth and safety. This work is trauma-informed and rooted in an understanding of the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity to regulate and heal when given the right conditions.

What to expect with a breathwork session

In this practice, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state, beginning with coherent breathing to help bring your nervous system into balance and support greater harmony between your brain and heart rhythms. From there, you are invited into an open-mouth, connected breathing pattern. This breath pattern can activate and awaken the system in a supported way, creating space for you to turn inward with presence and care. As you continue breathing, you may begin to meet what has been held beneath the surface—thought patterns, emotional responses, physical sensations, or memories stored in the body. Rather than needing to change or fix anything, you are supported in simply staying present with your experience, moment by moment, through breath and embodied awareness. In this sustained attention, deeper layers of insight and awareness often begin to emerge. You may experience clarity, emotional release, a sense of inner knowing, or moments of profound stillness. For some, this can also include spiritual or ancestral impressions that arise to be witnessed with openness and respect.

Group Breathwork Circles

Group Breathwork Circles offer you a shared space to connect more deeply with yourself while being held in the presence of others doing the same. As you breathe together, something subtle but powerful begins to happen—your system starts to attune to the collective field. Many people experience a sense of connection, expansion, and emotional release simply from being witnessed and breathing in rhythm with others. In this shared practice, you’re supported not only by your own breath, but by the coherence of the group. This can help you access deeper states of awareness, release what has been held, and reconnect with a felt sense of belonging and aliveness. Each circle is guided with care, presence, and attunement, creating a grounded and safe space for individual healing within a collective field of practice.

New Moon Womens Circles

New Moon circles are a space for you to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself in rhythm with the natural cycles of life. Each month, you are invited into a supportive gathering of women where you are guided through Kundalini yoga, pranayama, mantra, and ritual practices designed to help you turn inward and come back into balance. This is a space for you to soften the noise of everyday life and listen more closely to your own intuition and inner power. As you move through practice in community, you are supported in releasing what has been building, reconnecting with your body, and remembering your cyclical nature as a woman. You don’t need to arrive with anything other than yourself. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Support Circles for Families Navigating Mental Health Challenges

These circles are a space for you to not carry it alone. If you are supporting a loved one through mental health challenges, addiction, or neurodivergence, you may be holding a level of emotional complexity, responsibility, and uncertainty that can feel isolating and overwhelming at times. This is a space where you are met in that experience with presence, understanding, and care. Together, we gather in a way that is grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. There is no fixing, no advising, and no judgment. Instead, you are invited into a space of being witnessed and supported as you are—without needing to hold it all together. These circles are a soft place to land, where you can exhale, be seen, and remember that you are not alone in what you are navigating.

Ancestral Healing Sessions

When you walk the healing path, something within you begins to open that is larger than your individual story. What you move through in your own healing can ripple in both directions—softening what has been carried through your lineage, and creating new possibilities for those who come after you. Alongside inherited patterns of stress, protection, or unresolved experience, you also carry a far deeper inheritance: the intelligence of survival, adaptation, and life continuing through countless generations. When you begin to connect with this deeper layer of your being, there can be a profound sense of grounding and restoration. You are not only working with what has been passed down—you are also in relationship with the strength, wisdom, and resilience that has allowed life to continue through you.

Ancestral healing is a gentle and powerful way to reconnect with the wisdom of your lineage. Through tarot, mandala altar ritual, nature bathing, guided soul journeys, and energy work, we create sacred space to honor your ancestors, tend to inherited patterns, and invite healing across time.

These sessions are intuitive and grounded—supporting you in remembering who you are, releasing what no longer serves, and reclaiming the gifts that are yours to carry forward.

Earth & Ether yoga

In your practice, you are guided through an illuminating blend of Hatha, Kundalini, and Kriya Yoga, along with mantra and pranayama. These practices are offered to support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and deepening your capacity for presence and inner awareness. You may meet this work in weekly in-person classes, special events and retreats, or through online offerings that support consistent practice over time. These include 40-day sadhana practices, Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and pranayama sessions designed to meet you wherever you are and support your ongoing return to balance and inner alignment.
