VIEWING YOUR TICKETS SOUTH FLORIDA BULLS APP

1. Download the South Florida Bulls App

Once you download and open the app, you’ll be greeted with a welcome screen prompting you to log in using Apple, Google, Ticketmaster, or your preferred email. Simply choose the option that works best for you.

If you skip login, you won’t get all app perks and exclusive benefits. If you log in with Ticketmaster, you can skip step 3—just use your USF credentials. Using a regular Ticketmaster account won’t show your USF events.

2. Tap the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen, then select "My Tickets" to view your available tickets.

2. Tap "Sign In to the University of South Florida." Use your USF account credentials: your email address and password to log in to your ticketing account.

Please note: You must have a valid email address on file with the USF Ticket Office to access your account. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password?" after entering your email address.

3. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see all your upcoming events where you can view or select any of your future events.

4. To view your ticket(s), tap the event you want to access, then tap "View Ticket" to see your barcode.

Select your ticket(s) and add them to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access when you arrive at the game.

When viewing your seats for an event, you can choose to transfer your tickets to friends or family, resell your tickets, or donate your tickets. Please note that the option to resell tickets is available only to season ticket members and certain restrictions apply.

Please note: Screenshots of ticket barcodes are not permitted. Using a screenshot will deactivate your barcode, and your ticket will no longer be valid.
