Join us these days of Advent as we wait for Jesus, our Savior, and JOURNEY to Bethlehem.

Lighting of the Advent Wreath

The Advent wreath helps us count up to Christmas. You can make one or purchase one. Each week a candle is lit until Jesus' birthday is here. He is the light the world, the one we celebrate and anticipate. The third week of Advent we light the pink JOY candle.

Sing "Joy to the World"

Let's sing and prepare our hearts for Jesus' coming! The Lord has come!

Luke 1:46-47 "And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior."

Mary and Joseph journeyed to Bethlehem where Jesus would be born. I imagine the JOY of knowing the Savior of the world was about to enter the world kept them going.
