Resetting your Webassessor Password

Overview

Resetting your password on Webassessor is a simple, three-step process. Follow the steps below to reset your password. These steps apply whether you have forgotten your password or just need to reset it for any reason.

Note: If you have already tried these steps and are encountering the error "Provided token is invalid" on Webassessor, view the Webassessor support page here to resolve the error.

Resetting your password

1. Log in to your Webassessor account and click Forgot Password.

Alternatively, you may click the Forgot Password link here to navigate to the Forgot Password page directly.

2. Type your registered email ID in the login field and click the submit button.

3. Click the link provided in the email and follow the prompts there to successfully reset your password.
