Get The App

Download the official South Carolina Gameday App, available in the iTunes store and the Google Play store.

Once downloaded, open the app. You will be prompted to choose an option for notifications (SEE BELOW). Please choose whichever option you would like.
After choosing your notification option, you will be presented with an option to "SIGN IN" or "SKIP FOR NOW" (SEE BELOW). Please select "SKIP FOR NOW", as this is a sign on for the app itself, and not for tickets.
After clicking "SKIP FOR NOW", you will be prompted to select the "teams" you would like to follow (SEE BELOW). You may choose your "teams" or skip this step by selecting the "DONE" option in the top right.
After selecting your "teams", you will be directed to the homepage of the app.

TICKET HOMEPAGE

Within the app, on the homepage, click the "Tickets" icon in the lower right hand corner.

After Clicking the "Tickets" icon, you will be taken to the "Tickets" homepage (SEE BELOW)

Manage Your Tickets

Select the "Manage My Tickets" option on the Tickets homepage.

After selecting "Manage My Tickets", a pop up will prompt you to use "ticketmaster.com" to sign in (SEE BELOW).
Please select "Continue". You will then either be automatically signed into your account if you logged into your Ticketmaster account within a separate app, or you will be taken to the sign in screen (SEE BELOW).
Please sign in using the email address associated with your account and your password. You MUST sign in with the email attached to your account in order to see the tickets on your account.

After signing in, you will be directed to the page where you will see all of your upcoming events.

If your login is successful and you are on the screen pictured above, please skip down to the "TICKET OPTIONS" section to see instructions on how to manage your tickets. If this is your first time logging in, please follow the instructions below on how to "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT".

CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create an account. Please select the "Sign-Up" option at the bottom of the sign in page.

After selecting "Sign-Up", please fill out the information fields provided (SEE ABOVE). You must sign-up using the same email address attached to your account with your tickets. After filling out the information fields, please select the "Next" button. You will then be asked to provide a mobile phone number for verification (SEE BELOW).
Please enter your mobile phone number and select the "Next" button. You will then be texted a one-time verification code to verify your account. Please enter the code and select the "Confirm" button (SEE BELOW).

TICKET OPTIONS

Please select the game you would like to manage from the list of options.

After selecting the game you would like to manage, you will be directed to the ticket page where you will see options to "View", "Transfer" or "Sell" your tickets.

Click the "View Barcode" button to view your QR code for the game

Scan Your Tickets

Scan your ticket at the gate by selecting "View Barcode" or add it to your Apple Wallet for later use.

Adding the ticket to your Apple Wallet will save the QR code so you will not need internet access on game day for entry.

TRANSFER Your Tickets

From the main ticket page, select "Transfer" at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If not, the "Transfer" button will not be shown.

Select Tickets

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer then click "Transfer To".

Choose How To Send

Select from your contacts or manually enter in another persons info to transfer tickets (via text or email).

After choosing a recipient, enter in their information and select "Transfer "x" Tickets" (SEE BELOW)
Note: The link can only be used once as the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims it.

Sell Your Tickets

Click the "Sell" button on the bottom of the screen.

Note: Not all tickets are eligible for resale. If not, the button will not be shown.

Choose Your Seats

Choose which seats you would like to sell.

After choosing your seats to sell click "Set Price"

Enter Asking Price

Enter your asking price for the ticket.

Choose Payout Method

After selecting "Payout Method" you will be brought to the screen below.

You may add a "Seller Profile" if you would like to set one up. Please choose a "Payout Method" from the options below.
"Personal Check" will be a refund check issued at the end of the season for the particular sport. "Seller Credit" will be an account credit added to your account for use at a later date.

FAQ's

1. Can I still print my tickets from home?

No, the PDF printing has been replaced by mobile ticketing. Season ticket holders should access mobile tickets via the South Carolina Gameday App.

2. What if I don't have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Gamecock Ticket Office at 800-4SC-FANS.

3. Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

4. If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the South Carolina Gameday app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the South Carolina Gameday App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password. Alternately, you can access Ticketmaster.com via your browser.

5. Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Williams Brice Stadium?

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the South Carolina Gameday App, or from your Apple Wallet (If you have an iPhone).

6. I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via a mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sue they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.

7. What if my entire party is not with me when I enter the stadium?

No worries! Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Williams Brice Stadium, however, if your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.
