Good afternoon, VSY Families & Friends,
This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to St. Louis with our Robo-Pioneers Robotics Team to compete in the 2026 World Championships. Among 400 teams from 53 countries, we were honored and proud to represent VSY Montessori on the world stage. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Baker for the inspiration, guidance, and encouragement she provides our robotics students each day. Because of her dedication, our students are empowered to create, innovate, and truly excel in the world of robotics. Back in Fort Lauderdale, Broward Schools celebrated the Community Involvement Awards. Volunteer Helene Palmer and PTA President Julia Overturf were honored at the awards for all they do for our students and our school. In addition, our second-grade students took both their ELA and Math PM3 STAR assessments. We are so proud of their hard work and achievement.

This event is for adults only — so it’s time to start making plans for the kiddos! Aikido Florida Aikikai is offering a special childcare option exclusively for VSY families that evening.
