What Is the Modern Mobility Study?

Part of Louisiana's Carbon Reduction Program, the purpose of the Modern Mobility Study is to develop a local plan that identifies and prioritizes transportation projects that improve mobility, reduce fuel use, and make travel safer and more efficient across the Alexandria-Pineville area.

Led by the Rapides Area Planning Commission (RAPC), this study will:

The final plan will guide how federal carbon reduction funds are used to support real, community-driven transportation improvements in the Alexandria-Pineville Metropolitan Planning Area.

Your voice helps turn local concerns into real solutions.
