The Vision
Overview I’m so thrilled to be working together again and wanted to share a personal outline for an unforgettable winter journey that blends big mountain riding with cozy nights in the Aeon RV. This isn't just a road trip — it's a story of adventure, comfort, and the balance between pushing limits and coming home to warmth.
Departure for the BIG adventure
We’re targeting a departure date of February 16, and the expedition will span the best of the American West, weaving together elite backcountry zones, iconic hot springs, deep powder lines, and all the little moments that make RV life so special.
The Route + Adventure Storytelling
🎥 Stop 1: Terminal Cancer – Elko, NV
Date: February 16 Drive: 5.5 hours from Reno Plan: Ride & film the legendary couloir, highlight the ease of arriving and sleeping trailhead-side in the Aeon Rv.
Vibe: Big lines. Big adventure. Hot meal and warm Rv vibes afterward.
Stop 2
Drive: 4 hours to Park City Plan: Depending on snowpack, either ride backcountry zones or hit Snowbird for a resort day. Film Pov and taking turn filming riding . Post-ride: Soak in local hot springs and enjoy a sunset dinner back in the Aeon. Content themes: Resort vs. backcountry versatility Drying gear, decompressing, cooking dinner — the rituals that make RV life magic Stay an extra day: Tour, resort ride, or spring for another hot springs mission.
Stop 3: Colorado – Vail / Breckenridge Area

Gas + Travel Budget

- This road trip will cover approximately 2,500–2,800 miles in total.
- Assuming an average of 10–12 mpg for the Aeon RV (adjusted for winter conditions, elevation gain, and backcountry access points), and using a fuel price of $4.50/gallon, here’s a rough fuel budget:
- Estimated Gallons Used: 230–280 gallons
- Fuel Budget Estimate: $1,035–$1,260
- We’ll track actual mileage and receipts to keep things transparent and dialed, and are happy to adjust the budget if needed post-trip. This will ensure we’re covered for unexpected detours, scenic stops, or remote fill-ups.

- Total: 13 days $200 = $2,600 This rate reflects the full scope of professional content production across the expedition, including:
- 🎥 Filming & On-Camera Performance: High-level riding footage, action shots, drone sequences, and lifestyle scenes shot across iconic winter locations.
- Creative Direction + Editing: Daily reels, storytelling angles, color-corrected media, and content ready for Aeon RV’s social & marketing use.
- 📸 Deliverables Management: Full-resolution images, vertical and horizontal footage, organized in folders by location and theme.
