Happy Fall! Lots of good things happening in October- the new 4-H year begins on October 1st. You may begin your member re-enrollment, we suggest to wait until October 6th just to be sure the system is all set. National 4-H Week is October 5th-11th! Please send us pictures of your club celebrations and community service! I would love to hear your stories and will add pictures to the Achievement Celebration slideshow. We are 4-H and Beyond Ready!

4-H Online will be shut down for turnover late September. A new enrollment period will begin the new 4-H year on October 1st. Please DO NOT start your new enrollment before October 1, it will be deleted! All your efforts will be wasted.

Please feel free to suggest some of your ideas! Share your club's 4-H Week celebrations with our staff so we can put it in the next news and in Achievement Celebration slide-show. There are many unique ways to share about 4-H, the best way is through doing- as a 4-H slogan suggests "Learn By Doing!"

It is a celebration of our Douglas County 4-H Program, the members, the parents, and the volunteers who make it special.
KYLF is for 4-H members 14-18 years old as of January 1st, 2026. It is now open with a registration deadline of Wednesday, October 15, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. We have members who have attended in the past and found it to be an important leadership event!

Bromelsick Annual Christmas Party for Girl Scouts, 4-H Clubs, and Boy Scouts! Tickets are available at no charge to enrolled members of those youth organizations. Please bring an item for the Community Shelter for your admission: stocking hats, gloves, scarves, or socks. Make someone warm this season!
