St. Paul School Weekly News October 31, 2025

Principal Message

Dear St. Paul Families,

We are so grateful to welcome our students, staff, and families back to school following the recent Alberta Teachers’ strike. These past weeks have reminded us just how deeply our schools are rooted in community, connection, and care.

We know this time has brought uncertainty and challenge for many, and we want to thank our families for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our teachers and staff. The strength of our school lies in the relationships we share—and it is truly wonderful to have our hallways once again filled with laughter, learning, and the joy of being together.

As we return to routine, our focus remains on providing a welcoming, caring, respectful, and faith-filled environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn. We are hopeful that the days ahead will be filled with renewed energy, collaboration, and gratitude for the gift of education.

Welcome back, everyone—we’ve missed you!

May God bless our students, staff, and families as we begin this next chapter together.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Mrs. Carr-Jeschke & Mrs. McNamee

St. Paul Read A Thon 2025!

St. Paul students are participating in a Read-A-Thon from November 17-21st! The minimum goal is for students to read 15 minutes per day at home.

If students would like to set a higher per day goal, they are welcome to do so. For younger grades and early readers, it is fine if students participate in shared reading activity. These minutes count!

Each student will track the number of minutes read every day between November 17-21st. Ask your family, friends, and neighbors to pledge a donation to your read-a-thon in support of St. Paul!

1st Prize: Kids E-Scooter

2nd Prize: Kindle E Reader

3rd Prize: AirPods 4

Enjoy Your Weekend!

Have a safe and spooktacular Halloween!
