Team Communication

At Bellerive, we believe effective communication is crucial for a successful and well-informed team.

Monthly Leadership Meetings – Bellerive’s monthly leadership meetings are an excellent opportunity for club leadership to provide the Team with education, training, and updates, with open discussion and feedback from the team being highly encouraged.

All Staff Meetings – Hosted by the General Manager/CEO, and with the inclusion of guest speakers, Bellerive’s twice yearly all-staff meeting is an essential opportunity for sharing important information that is relevant and engaging for all Team Members and allows time for Q&A sessions to address any concerns or questions.

Pre-Shift Meetings – Pre-shift meetings are a valuable tool for many Bellerive departments in setting the tone for the day and sharing critical updates. Team Members are actively encouraged to participate and share their insights.

Texting System – To ensure our Team Members receive important updates and stay informed, Bellerive utilizes a text messaging system to keep our Team informed in real time.

TeamTV – Located near Bellerive’s Championship Lounge, our TeamTV constantly streams exciting announcements, recognizing and celebrating our Team Members and features upcoming team events.

At Bellerive, we place a strong emphasis on training, growth, and personal development for its Team Members:

Career Advancement – Where appropriate, we believe in promoting from within and rewarding loyal, skilled Team Members who aspire to higher positions within our Team.

Skill Diversification – Many Bellerive departments encourage their Team Members to take on different roles and responsibilities within the organization that allows them to develop a wider range of skills and knowledge.

Feedback & Coaching Discussions – Regular feedback and one-on-one review sessions are essential for Team Member growth and development. Providing a platform and opportunity to discuss strengths, areas for improvement, and goal setting are essential for personal and professional development.

Recognition

Recognizing and rewarding Team Members for their hard work and contributions provides an excellent opportunity for Bellerive to boost morale, motivate, and provide an overall superior Team Member satisfaction experience.

Team Member of the Month – Bellerive elects and celebrates one Team Member per month who has been recognized by their peers as excelling in their role.

Team Member of the Year – Drawing from the past year’s monthly honorees, the Team Member of the Year award is a significant honor bestowed upon the Team Member who best exemplified performance, teamwork, leadership, and dedication.

Team Building – At Bellerive, we encourage teamwork and collaboration among our Team to promote camaraderie and belonging. Throughout the year, opportunities to interact in a fun, exciting, casual environment are provided. In addition to many activities surrounding the yearly holidays (Halloween pumpkin carving/costume contests, holiday parties, etc.), Bellerive also hosts a number of other fun activities for our Team (Cardinal’s home opener, paintball, food trucks, etc.).

More About Our Team

Our Team decorates or carves pumpkins in an annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest in which our Members and their families vote for their favorite. A monetary award is given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

The Team is encouraged to dress up for Cardinals opening day, Halloween, the kids' Christmas party, and other events.

The Club hosts an annual Team Holiday Party and a Family Pool Party each year. The Club has also had other fun outings like a paintball day.

We love sharing in the joy of life event and achievements of our fellow Team Members.
