Confidence Guide
You don’t have to be ripped, tan, hairless, or model-trained.
You just have to show up as yourself.
Mindset Tips:
- You’re not “pretending” to be attractive—you already are.
- Everyone looks better in front of pro lighting and direction.
- Confidence is a pose all by itself.
- The body you have right now is enough.
Before the shoot:
- Play music that hypes you up
- Wear something that makes you feel powerful
- Remind yourself you deserve to feel desired and confident
Boudoir isn’t about perfection—it's about presence.
