Confidence Guide

Your session is about:

  • ✅ strength
  • ✅ style
  • ✅ vulnerability
  • ✅ personality
  • ✅ power

You don’t have to be ripped, tan, hairless, or model-trained.

You just have to show up as yourself.

Mindset Tips:

  • You’re not “pretending” to be attractive—you already are.
  • Everyone looks better in front of pro lighting and direction.
  • Confidence is a pose all by itself.
  • The body you have right now is enough.

Before the shoot:

  • Play music that hypes you up
  • Wear something that makes you feel powerful
  • Remind yourself you deserve to feel desired and confident

Boudoir isn’t about perfection—it's about presence.
