Cupping "Intro to CVA for Cuppers": 3:00PM

Scott Conary, authorized trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association, will introduce the Specialty Coffee Association approach to coffee value assessment for professional cuppers. Location: Carrboro Coffee Cupping Lab (1215 E. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill)

Panel "What Does Specialty Coffee Value?": 4:15PM

The culmination of a day-long exploration of community values in specialty coffee brings leaders together from different disciplines to share stories of community values. The discussion will be guided by Peter Roberts, Peter as a Professor of Organization & Management, Academic Director of Transparent Trade Coffee and the Academic Director of Grounds for Empowerment at Goizueta Business School, Emory University.Location: Caffe Driade Garden (1215 E. Afterparty & Signature Beverage Competition: 7PM

An afterparty and signature beverage competition organized & judged by US Coffee in Good Spirits judges. Location: DBCo Bar & Coffee Shop, 506 Ramseur Street, Durham.
