Dear University Community,
It’s the first day of the 2024 Fall Semester at TAMIU!
WELCOME DUSTDEVILS!
- For those new to campus, this is The TAMIU Trailblazer, a weekly electronic news bulletin distributed every Monday. We aim to provide quick insight about what’s happening at TAMIU and how to engage in the life of the University. Every week we’ll share news about deadlines, events, and initiatives that impact our TAMIU community and beyond.
- TAMIU’s Welcome Week is underway with loads of free and fun activities to help you celebrate this first week of the semester. See our schedule below. We’ll celebrate with fireworks and great music and food this Friday!
- What comes after Welcome Week? Involvement Week Sept. 2 – 6...and it’s all about how you can get involved in student life here. Details below.
- Don’t forget to download SafeZone, a free app-based safety, communications, emergency management, and wellbeing service that replaces our DustyALRT. Find out more below and here.
- Wondering what else is in store at TAMIU, this Fall? Click on our dedicated Fall Preview website to explore new courses, events, experiences, and opportunities for the University community.
- BTW, through Trailblazer, you can add events to your calendar, follow us on social, and learn about TAMIU Athletics...all in one central news location.
- I hope you’ll look forward to the delivery of YOUR Trailblazer to your official TAMIU email...every Monday.
Go Dustdevils!
