Dear parents/carers
Please read on for details of the Christmas Discos. We are asking for a voluntary donation of £2 for the Reception & KS1 (includes refreshments) and £3 for the KS2 events (includes a professional DJ disco and refreshments). Tickets will not be issued, we will keep a record of who has paid. Please can all payments be made on Parentpay by Friday 13th Dec so we know final numbers for food arrangements.
Allergen information will be sent our nearer the time. Please look out for this and let us know if there are any items your child should not have.
Please see below for a reminder of dates:
- Wed 18th December, 2.30 to 3.30pm - Reception, East Hall
- Wed 18th December, 3.30 to 4.45pm - Year 3 and 4, West Hall
- Thurs 19th December, 3.30 to 4.30pm - Year 1 and 2, East Hall
- Thurs 19th December, 3.30 to 4.45pm - Year 5 and 6, West Hall
Children should come to school in the morning in uniform as usual. Children can bring clothes to change into at the end of the school day if they would like to. Reception children can bring party clothes to change into (in a bag with name on please) and staff will get them changed after lunch. Refreshments will be provided which will consist of a Capri Sun drink, bag of crisps and a cake bar. Please pick your child up from their usual classroom doors at the end of the event.
Parents of Year 5 & 6 children - if your child has the standard consent to walk home at the end of the school day they will be allowed to walk home after the disco unless you tell us otherwise. Please bear in mind that it will be dark by the end of the event. Please complete the form and let us know the arrangements by tapping the button below:
