It highlights your motivations in applying for the position and why you want to work with this specific organization. It also showcases your personality and values.
Format:
Header/Greeting:

- Their Organization
- Their Address
- Followed by the greeting
Paragraph by Paragraph:
Opening Paragraph:
State the position which you're applying for and thank the organization for their time and close with a hook.

Introduce Yourself:
State the college you are attending, your degree, relevant classes you've completed.

Talk About Your Education and Experience:
Connect your skills, characteristics, experiences, and qualifications to the position and company as a whole. Highlight what interests you in working with this particular organization.

Conclusion & Formal Closing:
Reaffirm your qualifications and interest in the position and company. State why you're best for the position or what would make you a great asset to the organization. Could offer to follow up with the employer. End the letter formally.
