On Monday, the children presented their second class assembly of the year. They spoke so clearly and confidently, showcasing their brilliant Oracy skills!
On Tuesday, the children who have been attending Science Club enjoyed their final session in the planetarium and making satellites!
In PE, the children enjoyed going over their gymnastics routine in groups.
For Mental Health week, we spoke about what mental health is and what we can do to look after our mental health. We enjoyed taking part in mindfulness drawings as well as chanting positive affirmations.
The children have been working hard in English writing their own setting descriptions from Ahmet’s point of view (the main character from our class reader: The Boy at the Back of the Class). Some of them went on our class display!
The week ended with our Valentine’s Day disco! The children had a wonderful time dancing and enjoying the celebrations together.
