Q4: a year in review
As we close out the fourth quarter and reflect on the year as a whole, our hearts are full of gratitude. 2025 has been a year of growth, obedience, and visible fruit as God has continued to move through the mission of Three Circles Foundation.
2025 by the numbers
This year’s impact would not have been possible without the incredible people God placed alongside this mission. Here is a snapshot of what 2025 looked like in action:
- 88 volunteers faithfully gave of their time
- 586 total volunteer hours were poured into this ministry
- 19 total day camps were hosted throughout the year
- 49 Truth Talk sessions shared biblical truth, guidance, and encouragement
- 66 campers participated in our monthly day camps
Each number represents a person, a conversation, a prayer, and a moment where God was at work.
faith in action
This year, we were honored to serve 66 campers through our monthly day camps in Floyd and Chattooga Counties. Each camp day was an opportunity to invest in our young men by providing mentorship, encouragement, structure, and the truth of God’s Word. These were not just activities on a calendar. They were moments where lives were shaped, relationships were built, and seeds of purpose were planted.
messages from our camp directors
Floyd County Camp director
I have now served as the Three Circles Foundation Floyd County Director for one year, and what a year it has been. Stepping into this role has opened my eyes to the vast number of young men who are in need of stability, encouragement, support, and consistency. Many of these young men are searching for hope. Hope for a future that looks different from the cycle they have grown accustomed to in this life. A hope rooted in something greater than their current circumstances. As we move into this coming year, I ask that you would pray with us. Pray for these young men as they work to overcome trauma. Pray for families to be healed and restored. Pray for volunteers to answer the call to meet these young men where they are and walk alongside them with patience and love. May Jesus be lifted high in all that we do, and may all come to understand the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
- Bryan Hollingsworth
Chattooga county camp director
As a testimony, I began working last year with an incredible group of volunteers who had already accomplished so much before I ever stepped into this role. Along with them were campers who had been a part of the organization for years. I truly came in learning the ropes and getting to know both the volunteers and the campers. My goal was to look for unique opportunities to connect with individual campers and volunteers during our time together. These moments allowed me to learn more about them while also giving them the opportunity to get to know me. I did not know what to expect from this group, and initially I was hesitant to take on the role of director while also pursuing my master’s degree in counseling and serving in outreach ministry at my church. Looking back, I believe God was calling me to step in and see how all of these things could work together rather than separately. I listened, and because I did, I have met some truly amazing people through this organization. These are people who genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of the young men we serve. They are willing to share both what has worked and the challenges they have faced. I have also met young men who may have benefited from me stepping into this position, but in many ways I feel that I have gained even more from being around them and learning from their experiences. Those relationships have played a significant role in my own growth and understanding. Overall, this has been a year unlike any I have experienced before. While taking on all of these responsibilities at once may not have seemed ideal, I am grateful that I listened to God, because He always works things out far better than we could ever imagine. I look forward with excitement to what He has planned for 2026 and beyond. I am thankful to continue working alongside our volunteers, who play such a vital role in the success of these camps. They, along with our campers, have truly become an extension of family, and I am excited to see how we will continue to impact the community in the years ahead.

community
Throughout the year, our team also stepped beyond camp days to serve the broader community. We completed 10 different community projects, including two disability focused initiatives, allowing our campers to learn the importance of serving others with humility and gratitude. Watching these young men give back with open hearts has been one of the most encouraging reminders of why this mission matters.
outreach
In addition to hands on ministry, 2025 marked a year of significant organizational growth. We expanded our digital presence with the launch of a new website and increased online engagement, helping more people learn about our mission and how to get involved. We also had the opportunity to attend the Nutramax Conference, building valuable relationships and learning alongside other organizations committed to making a lasting impact.
partnership
None of this would have been possible without the generosity of our supporters. This year, we were blessed by significant donations from individuals, churches, and partners who believe in what God is doing through Three Circles Foundation. Your financial support, prayers, volunteer hours, and encouragement continue to fuel this mission and extend its reach.
a look ahead
As we look ahead to 2026, we are filled with excitement and expectation. We believe God is preparing even greater opportunities for impact, deeper relationships with the young men we serve, and expanded ways to engage our communities. We step into the new year with faith, vision, and a commitment to remain obedient to the calling placed before us.
