About Me

Hi, I’m Indya Vassell—sports photographer, storyteller, and FIU graduate from Miami, Fl with a passion for capturing the intensity and emotion of human life. I specialize in bringing athletic moments to life through my lens, whether it’s the rush of a game-winning goal or the quiet determination before the start of a race. With my background in photography and a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling, I aim to create images that resonate and give viewers an inside look at the action.

Using their athletics department as my muse, Florida International University, gave me a strong foundation in both technical skills and creative vision, which I’ve continued to refine in the sports photography world. When I’m not behind the camera at a game or event, I’m always looking for new ways to learn and grow, whether it’s experimenting with new photography techniques or exploring new sports to shoot.
