Photography & Videography Subscription Agreement

• 1. Scope of Services

The Photographer/Videographer (the "Provider") agrees to provide the following services once per calendar month for the duration of the chosen subscription term (3, 6, or 12 months): One (1) scheduled content session (up to 90 minutes). Delivery of fifty (50) unedited, high-resolution JPEG images. Delivery of three (3) unedited raw video clips (Reels/TikTok format).

• 2. "As-Is" Delivery (No Edits)

Client acknowledges and agrees that all deliverables are provided as RAW or unedited files. The Provider is responsible for lighting, framing, and technical execution. The Provider will not perform color grading, retouching, skin smoothing, or video assembly. Any requests for editing will be billed separately at the Provider’s current hourly rate.

• 3. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

Payment in Full: The total subscription fee is due at the time of signing to secure the monthly time slots. No Refunds: Due to the discounted nature of the subscription and the commitment of the Provider’s schedule, all payments are non-refundable. If the Client chooses to cancel the subscription before the term ends, no prorated refunds will be issued.

• 4. Scheduling & "Use It or Lose It" Policy

Consistency is the goal of this subscription. Monthly Deadlines: Sessions must be booked and completed within each calendar month. No Rollovers: Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month. If the Client fails to schedule or attend a session within the month, that session is forfeited. Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule a session once per month with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a forfeited session.

• 5. Image Rights & Usage

Upon final delivery of the files, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the content for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. The Provider retains the right to use the content for portfolio and self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• 6. Delivery Timeline

The Provider will deliver the unedited assets via a secure digital gallery (e.g., Dropbox, Pixieset, or Google Drive) within [72 hours] of the conclusion of the shoot.
