Celebration Point

Just across the pedestrian bridge from Celebration Pointe, Butler Town Center North is Southwest Gainesville’s go-to destination for shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. The Perfect Pitstop

After leaving Celebration, stop by this beautiful 1 acre nature park located in North Butler Town Center. This vast green space in Gainesville's south west urban landscape is loved by people and pets alike. This park is connected by paved walking paths in every direction, views of marsh habitats, ponds and is a perfect pitstop for a picnic or just to get away from the concrete jungle of urban south west Gainesville. Just north of the park is an amazing selection of condo and apartment living, making your for morning coffee in Butler Town Center a beautiful adventure. The Butler Town Center – North park is a sprawling green space that goes even farther west. The walking paths are a great place for joggers and dog walkers to enjoy on a nice Florida day.

Butler Town Center – East

This winding walking path through Butler Town Center – North, down to Foxtail Coffee in Butler Town Center – East is just the pick up you need to enjoy the rest of the great amenities in the area. Notice the many living spaces just north of Butler Town Center – East, like Aqua at Windmeadows. There's even another movie theater here residents of the area can enjoy if they don't want to walk to Celebration Pointe.

After taking a nature break at the Butler Town Center park, head south east into Butler Town Center East for a cup of coffee at Foxtail Coffee Co. The quick 10 minute walk might take a little longer with all the amazing places to stop along the way. Shops like 5 Below, Trader Joes, Lowes, Publix, Joann's crafts and more. From Luxury shops like Anthropology to High end grocers like Whole Foods, this area is prime for any way of life you enjoy. This area has everything from banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, specialty shops like the Guitar Center and Joann's crafts, daycares and even a large Tesla charging station.

Live close to everything just South of Butler Town Center

A quick walk north from your condo at the BLVD of Gainesville after dropping your kiddo off at O2B Kids College right across the street really makes your day a breeze whether you're headed out for errands or off to work in the area.

While Butler Town Center and Celebration Point are north of Archer Rd., across the street to the south, are even more shops, restaurants, hotels and apartment complexes. With more affordable living on the south side of archer road, many UF Undergraduate and Graduate students, young professionals and even families choose to live there and use the ample crosswalks to cross Archer road to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Many UF families will often ride the bus to campus, ride bikes or walk to shopping and restaurants and even take their kids to O2B Kids College which is located on a cross street that feeds right into archer road and is a 10 minute walk from Butler Town Center.

If you choose to make your home in Gainesville's South West Urban City Center, you'll have everything you need within a 5-30 minute walk. If you're moving to Gainesville without a car, you can even rent Lyft and Uber to other places in Gainesville if needed.
