The College Fitness Games 2024
The College Fitness Games is an online Fitness Competition for AoC (Association of Colleges) Sport member colleges and their students to compete to find the 'fittest' student/staff member. This programme has been created to get College students (and staff) involved across the country to see who can be crowned "the fittest" by completing a range of fitness based tasks that can be done alongside any training programme whilst at the gym.
For those that already exercise, this could be the perfect challenge for you. But this is not just for those that regularly workout. Why not challenge yourself on the lead up to Christmas? All workouts have been carefully filmed to show what you need to do and the correct technique for each challenge.
