As we begin our summer schedule, today’s quote from English writer, John Lubbock, captures the spirit of summer:

Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under the trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time."

The TAMIU Trailblazer will be on hiatus for part of this summer but will return Monday, Aug. 4, 2025. Share Our Beyond by bookmarking our NewsHub or following TAMIU social media to make sure you’re always up to date!
