FUMA Alumni Spotlight:
Caden Prieskorn
In a heartwarming display of community spirit, FUMA PG alum Caden Prieskorn took bold initiative to organize a winter coat drive to support those in need during the cold winter months.
With the winter chill setting in, Prieskorn recognised the importance of coming together as a community to ensure that everyone stays warm. The coat drive aims to collect getnly used and new coats to distribute among individuals and families who may be facing financial hardships.
Prieskorn expressed his motivation for organizing the rive, stating, "Winter can be particularly tough for some members of our community. By organizing this coat drive, I hope to make a positive impact and provide warmth to those who need it the most."
Caden's winter coat drive exemplifies the power of community-driven initiatives, where a simple idea can snowball into a collective effort to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. As winter approaches, this heartwarming endeavor serves as a reminder of the strength found in neighbors coming together to support one another.
Prieskorn is a member of Coach John Shuman's final PG Roster (2018-2019), played two years at Memphis U as a tight end (a position that was recommended to him at Fork Union), then after showing courage and purpose, hit the portal and because a star at the University of Mississippi. Caden went on to win MVP honors at the Peach Bowl.
Coach Shuman is quoted as calling Prieskorn, "A strong FUMA man." Caden has announced that he will return to Ole Miss for the 2024 season!
