COMME des GARONS' collaboration with Dunk's cult following was an homage to Los Angeles and was known as the I-95 sneaker - named for the highway on which Bodecker would drive up and down in his car to visit local skate shops. Be True to Your School

The Nike Dunk has long been a beloved college basketball shoe due to its design that effortlessly matches collegiate colors and branding. First released in 1985 in colorways related to major college programs with large fan bases, and their fans alike, more university-themed Nike Dunk Lows and high-tops released within 10 years - designed by Peter Moore (mastermind behind Air Jordan 1) who brought us clean lines, balanced color blocking, timeless aesthetic, timeless quality of design.

One of the most coveted releases was "Be True to Your School," released in November 2022 and paying homage to Beach Boys with artwork by Xavier Schipani on the Swoosh and heel tab.
