Important Reminders

Boundary Permits
  • Boundary Permit applications are now available in myDSD. Current 8th graders who will be participating in extracurriculars for 9th grade, not in their boundary high school, will need to complete a boundary permit.
Your Voice Matters!
  • Please take a few minutes to complete the DSD surveys that are available on myDSD through 12/19/2025, your feedback truly helps us grow as a school and as individuals. The surveys are anonymous, and your honest input guides our efforts to improve the experience for every student, family, and staff member. We’re grateful for your time and your continued support in helping Mueller Park Junior High become even better. Thank you for being an important part of our community!

The Power of Punctuality

At our school, we believe that every minute of learning counts. Research consistently shows a strong connection between regular attendance, punctuality, and academic success. When students arrive on time, they start their day with focus, confidence, and a sense of responsibility.

We kindly ask for your support in encouraging your student to be on time each day. Tardiness not only disrupts learning but can also affect a student’s citizenship record. Excessive tardies may result in lunch detention or other disciplinary actions. Let’s work together to build strong habits that support your student’s success—both in the classroom and beyond.

Cell Phone Policy
  • The District cell phone policy has been updated. For clarification, earbuds are included in this policy and can only be used in between classes and during lunch.
  • Wired headphones will be available for each student to use with their laptop for class assignments. Students are welcome to use their own wired headphones if they'd like.
Student Badges
  • Please encourage your students to bring their ID badges each day. There will be a $0.25 charge on myDSD for each temporary card that gets printed. After 3 reprints, there will be a $5.00 charge for a badge with a picture ID.
