make a list of things that come to mind from the week that you are grateful for
and how they make you feel (bonus!)
pull out your favorite journal or find a gratitude app you love (we love 3 Good Things) and track your habit
set a reminder on your phone to log in and share your wins with us on Fridays - it doesn't have to take long - even a minute to reflect on the positive things from your week will shift your mindset
the more you express gratitude for even the smallest things in life, the more your mind will naturally search for the positive instead of dwelling on the negative
