Sunrise Canyon

For this project, we were supposed to make an art piece that was a “messymod” style which is short for Messy Modernism. For the colors I tried to keep it simple with only three colors. I learned how to incorporate the eraser tool into my artwork where you can see it in the canyons. My goal was to make a artpeice that is similar to Adam G and something that he would create. When people look at this I want them to think of a landscape portrait. I feel pretty good with the way this came out and feel like I have accomplished my goal.

Adidas x Pine Creek

For This project, we were supposed to create a shoe design off of a template we got on the web. For the colors, I tried to make it Pine Creek colors. in this project, I learned how to use an Excato Knife because we had to print out our design after we were done and make a model of it. My goal was to make a good-looking shoe and I feel like I accomplished that I was pretty happy with the way it turned out. When people look at this I want them to imagine this in an actual shoe store.

Xtreme Latitude

For this project, we were supposed to create a logo for an imaginary snowboarding company, In this project, I learned how to take an image from the internet and trace it onto Adobe Illustrator. My goal was to create a simple logo that still looked interesting. I feel good about this piece because I feel like I did it well and I was able to accomplish my goal. When people look at this I want them to think that this is an actual snowboarding logo.

Snowman In Trouble

-In this artwork, I made a snowman who was going surfing on a hot day but sharks surrounded him on his surfboard. My goal was just to create artwork that looked appealing and interesting. I feel like I could have done more with the artwork and added more details like something in the background or some more detail in the water. but this was my first piece of artwork that came from Adobe Illustrator so I was still learning how to use the program.

Sports Snowboard

In this design, we were going to make a design for a snowboard so I made a snowboard that was simple on the front but on the back there were a ton of details something I learned in this project was how to make big clusters of shapes and put them together to fit on the back of the board. My goal was to make a visually appealing snowboard and I felt happy with the way it turned out. When someone looks at this I want them to feel like this would be a board design that they would buy.
