Customer Service Rep II/Account Service Rep

In this role, you will be the first point of contact at Ohio Valley Bank. We are looking for positive people with excellent communication and customer service skills that want to create lasting working relationships with the people in our community. A real "people" person with the drive to go above and beyond for their customers.

Work with the customer one-on-one to facilitate banking transactions. You will be their go-to expert when it comes to bank products and services. Get the best of both worlds: a great mix of set daily tasks plus occasional new challenges like planning branch events or coming up with special surprises for customers. You will also get extensive on-the-job training for account opening as you maintain quality relationships between the bank and its clients.

Starting salary is $14.93/hr. (may be negotiable with experience).

What are you waiting for?

Required: High school diploma or GED. Ability to work overtime or extended hours when necessary.

Preferred: Cash handling and Microsoft Excel experience helpful, but not required. All training provided after hiring.
