One of Saint Xavier High School's most cherished alumni traditions is the class campaign. Classes engage in a fundraising campaign during their senior year and again during their 10th, 25th and 50th reunion years to inspire high levels of class participation and give back to the school that gave them so much.
We invite each member of the Class of 2024 to make a gift in honor of an individual who impacted their St. X experience.
Thank you for supporting the young men of Saint Xavier High School!

SENIOR PROM
April 19, 2024
Prom will take place on Friday, April 19, from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. at the Seelbach Hilton. Seniors do not have school on this day. Light snacks will be provided during the event. In order for the prom to be a success for everyone involved, we are asking for your support in the following areas:
- All students and their dates must arrive to prom by 8:00 p.m. A student who arrives late will not be allowed to enter the dance until his parents are notified. All students and dates are required to stay until 10:00 p.m.
- The $75 ticket admits only the student and his date.
- The dress code is formal attire.
- A student’s date must be under 21 years of age.
- Saint Xavier sponsors only the dance and does not sponsor activities either before or after the dance.
- Saint Xavier does not accept the drinking of alcohol at cocktail parties or at dinner prior to the dance. Saint Xavier does not condone the rental of hotel rooms for parties before or after the prom.
- A Passive Alcohol Sensor will be used when a student or his date is suspected of being in possession of or under the influence of alcohol. Parents will be notified to pick up their son and his date if either is under the influence of alcohol. Refer to the Parent/Student Handbook for violations of the Drug/Alcohol policy.
EXAMS
Senior Exams May 10, 13, 15, and 16
- Regular school dress is required on all exam days.
- Seniors are expected to sit for exams at the scheduled time unless excused by a written doctor’s note.
- If a senior has both exams on an exam day, he must remain for the full testing period for both the first and second exams each day. He cannot go to his car or leave campus between exams.
- Seniors with two exams at the same time should complete an Exam Conflict Form in Student Services by Wednesday, May 8.
Exemption Policy From the Parent/Student Handbook: Seniors with an overall “A” average for both quarters of the applicable semester may be exempt if that is the policy of the individual teacher. A teacher may choose to have all students take an exam regardless of quarter grades unless it is an AP course. If a senior completes the AP exam with conscientious effort and has an overall “B” average for the third and fourth quarters and a “B” average in the course, he is exempt from the final exam in that course. If a senior does not complete the AP exam with conscientious effort, or does not take the AP exam at all, and has an overall “A” average for the third and fourth quarters and a “B” average in the course, he is exempt from the final exam in that course. He may, however, choose to take the final to improve his average in the course.
AP Exams May 6 - 17
