Happy Spring Break!! All of the band directors want to thank you for all of the hard work you have put in during this school year. Our Contest and Festival season is upon us for the remainder of the Spring. We will see everyone back at school on Monday, March 18th.

This Weeks Sectional Schedule
Our sectional schedule is needing to be a little flexible as some of our bands are competing in their UIL evaluation this week.
The Contest Season is Upon Us!!!!!
Thank you to all of the parents, family and friends of the Rogers Band Program for attending our pre-UIL assessment before Spring Break! We had some awesome comments from our judges and we are excited to begin our competition season. While more information will be coming out as we are closer to the actual dates, we wanted to keep you in the loop of what is ahead! Times listed are scheduled times when each band performs.
Symphonic Winds

Beginner 4th 9-weeks Project
All of our beginners are starting to work on their BIG 4th 9-weeks pass-off project. They are working to pass-off major scales and also lines out of the book. With each scale passed off, they will receive a different colored bead to display how far they are getting. We will also keep track with a sticker/pass-off chart. This a great project that students can move at their own pace.
