Ritual Intimates is located at 115 W Bartges Street in Downtown Akron, Ohio inside one of Canal Place's industrial lofts. Outdoor sessions are available & limited during warmer months, and may require an additional fee to accommodate extra travel + session time.
Booking & Availability:
To secure your session, a $499 session fee is required. This fee is separate from the cost of products, digitals, and collections, and are purchased separately. A payment plan will be established for you within two weeks of booking.
Sessions take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday beginning at 10:30am.
The Day of your Session:
All you have to worry about is showing up in comfy clothes and we take it from there. Enjoy complimentary professional hair & makeup by our team, followed by wardrobe consulting, the session itself, and a dreamy day full of art curated just for you.
Viewing & Ordering Appointment:
You'll have the choice between having your viewing same-day, or we can set up a time for you to come back within 7-10 days. After our break, we'll view your gorgeous images in-person, choose the portraits you love, view samples, and build your dream collection.
And yes, we offer Payment Plans & options:
- Pre-Book Up to 12 Months in Advance ✨ If you’d like more time to ease into things, you're welcome to reserve your session up to 12 months in advance. Many clients choose to pre-book early and take advantage of a flexible prepayment plan, allowing them to invest in themselves gradually and intentionally. It's a perfect way to let the excitement build, and give yourself something beautiful to look forward to.
- Pre-Payment in Full ✨ When you choose to complete your collection payment in full at booking, you’ll unlock a special Ritual Bonuses - a curated gift of extra bonus sets, free products, & special relics.
- Experience Now, Pay Over Time ✨ For those wanting to spread their investment out even further, I offer post-payment options through Affirm and Afterpay. This means you can immerse yourself in the experience fully, while choosing to spread out your investment over time (up to 24 months). A beautiful way to say yes now while letting the rest unfold.
- Once booked, your prepayment plan details will be arranged for you within two weeks of booking ✨ Collection balances are due by the date of your session.

Interested in just digitals? All digitals are hand-retouched in our signature editing styles. Your high-res, fully retouched digital files will be delivered in a private, customized online gallery that is available for download on the devices of your choosing, as well as a crystal flash drive containing your images. Full sessions will yield no less than 80 final images.

Frequently Asked Questions
"Wtf do I wear?"
Upon booking we send over our client prep guide that contains in-depth outfit inspiration, as well as tons of lingerie & shopping recommendations. Clients also have access to our client closet with over 50+ pieces.
"How far in advance should I book?"
If you need to have products or digitals by a certain time, book your session 10-12 weeks in advance. We typically book sessions anywhere from 2-6 months out. Digitals have a 3 week turnaround time, and products have a 6 week turnaround time.
"I'm nervous, and I have body image issues, and I ready for this?"
I want you to know everyone experiences body image issues - and confidence is not a prerequisite to enjoy any photographic experience, especially boudoir. You are as ready right now as you will ever be. The art of boudoir is an incredible way to embrace, accept, and shift our minds into different self perceptions. I promise your feelings and experiences are valid in my space, and I'm here to listen and hold space for you. Nerves are normal & valid, and will melt into excitement as your session approaches.
"Can I bring someone to my session?"
If you would like to bring a support person along, they are welcome to spend time with us during hair & makeup. During the session, guests will be asked to leave so we can wholly focus on you and your experience <3
"I don't know what to do with my hands!!!! (aka how do I pose?)"
I've got you! I will pose every inch of your body from your hair, face, hands, down to your toes with allll of the care & intention you deserve. I'll even remind you to breathe and drink water, we'll stretch out and have a great time. (don't be surprised if you're a lil sore the next day, posing can be kind of like yoga with lingerie on)
"aaaaaa I've never done this"
Our clients are everyday people, just like you. Mothers, doctors, managers, students, healthcare workers, fast food employees, teachers, artists, scientists, people who come from all walks of life. You are a human and worthy of being celebrated, and zero experience is needed to enjoy your photo experience.
"Are my photos kept private?"
Yes, 100%. Please know your privacy preferences are always honored & images are always kept private unless we are given permission otherwise via model release form.
"Can I reschedule?"
I know life happens to the best of us! I do offer one reschedule, if it is less than 7 days prior to your session a rescheduling fee may be applied. If we need to reschedule a 2nd time, your session fee will be forfeited and a new one is required to rebook. There are a lot of moving parts to make your session happen, so if you need to reschedule please try to get ahold of us ASAP! If for some reason I have an emergency I will also do my best to reach out ASAP.
