Loyola University Maryland is a private university in Baltimore, Maryland. Loyola's main campus is in Baltimore and features Collegiate Gothic architecture and a pedestrian bridge across Charles Street. The university is academically divided into three schools: the Loyola College of Arts and Sciences, the Loyola School of Education, and the Sellinger School of Business and Management. It operates a Clinical Center at Belvedere Square in Baltimore and has graduate centers in Timonium and Columbia, Maryland. The student body comprises approximately 4,000 undergraduate and 1,900 graduate students, representing 39 states and 44 countries, and 84% of undergraduates reside on campus. The average class size is 20, with a student-to-faculty ratio of 12:1.

University Campus and Facilities

The Loyola Maryland Soccer program (Greyhounds) competes in the Patriot League conference. The team is one of Loyola's most successful athletic programs, winning numerous conference Championships and consistently making the National Tournament. The team is coached by Steve Nicholls who is in his 7th Season at the helm. The squad is composed of 8 different nationalities ranging from Brazilian to Bosnian.
