Frequently Asked Questions from Spectators

  1. What time can I arrive at the facility? Doors will open approximately one hour before each session. Thursday (4pm), Friday (9am Morning & 5pm Evening), Saturday (9am Morning & 4:45pm Evening), and Sunday (9am Morning & 4pm Evening). Anyone arriving earlier will need to wait in their cars or outside of the facility as our contract does not begin for outside spectators until the times listed above.
  2. Can I save seats for family and friends? Fans are asked not to save seats for family and friends. All seats are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a staff member sees a spectator 'saving' a large section of seating for individuals not yet on sight, they will be asked to move their things so those present may utilize the seats.
  3. Can I leave my things in the natatorium between sessions? No, the facility will be cleaned between each session. Any items left in the facility will be brought to the ticket table. The Landmark Conference and Mangione Aquatic Center are not responsible for lost items.
  4. Can I bring a chair into the facility to be more comfortable? Camping Chairs, Pop-Up Chairs and any chairs with legs are prohibited in the facility. These chairs are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited by our insurance carrier. Individuals may bring stadium seats (with a padded seat and back only, no legs) if they would like additional seating support in the bleachers. Space around the railings will be prioritized for wheelchair seating, but standing room options may be available.
  5. I would like to arrange for a team meal - where can I setup food? Outside food and drink are prohibited in Mangione Aquatic Center. Teams are aware of this rule and coaches are arranging for meals to be delivered to the bus directly or for teams to have a meal during a break. At no time will spectators be permitted to setup a team meal within the facility. A concessions table will be set up in the lobby. Concessions will sell on a cash basis, water bottles, heat sheets, drinks, and snack foods.
  6. I would like to hang signs to support a specific team, where can I do that? Signs may not be affixed to railings, windows or walls at any time. Individuals are permitted to hold signs as long as they do not impair the vision of fellow spectators. Balloons are strictly prohibited from the natatorium.

More Frequently Asked Questions!
