Progress Update

All public underground utilities are primarily complete. Water and sewer have been tied into the city infrastructure. The team is currently working on getting the final irrigation meter set. Private onsite utilities are also primarily complete and the contractor is going through final testing. The detention pond work is still in progress. The geomembrane, clay cap, and topsoil have all been completed and inspected. The concrete channel/swale within the detention pond has also been completed. All of the excess spoils generated from utility installation and pond construction have been removed from the site.
