Interfaith Baccalaureate Ceremony 🕯️
This reflective ceremony celebrated the spiritual and personal journeys of the graduating class through music, readings, and student speeches. Seniors elected to share on behalf of the class were Jakhia Alfred, Andrew Renner, Em Schiffer, Kearney Miller, Ayrinn Greene, Fox Dionysus, and Ella Hardwick. Musical selections were performed by Louis Kramer (euphonium), the Briton Singers, and Albion College Euphonics 🎶
Senior Nicole McIntyre was presented the DeVinney Scholar Award by Professor of Religious Studies Ron Mourad. The DeVinney Scholar Award is named in honor of four generations of the DeVinney family who graduated from Albion College, starting in 1900. The award celebrates a graduate who intends further religious study or a career in human services.

Instead of top academic performers carrying international flags, graduating students now proudly represent their own home countries in the ceremony. This heartwarming shift came after international seniors proposed the change, and our academic stars graciously stepped aside for their colleagues to have this meaningful moment. Top academic achievers wore special medallions during this year's ceremony.

This year's Commencement celebration beautifully highlighted the countless ways our Brits have crafted and nurtured our unique campus community. As these graduates prepare to embark on new journeys beyond Albion, keynote speaker Senator Debbie Stabenow delivered an inspiring charge, encouraging our Brits to reflect on how they'll continue weaving strong community bonds wherever their paths may lead them next. Commencement 2025 Senior Class Speakers 🎓
Makeba Bantu, Kelvin Crone-Willis, and Kara Anderson did a phenomenal job speaking reflecting on their Albion College journey. These students exemplify academic and co-curricular excellence and are among the many leaders on campus.
