What does it take to become Miss Elkdom?
Eligibility:
To qualify for participation in the National Beauty & Talent Pageant as the representative from your State, you are required to meet the following criteria: 1. The contestant must be a natural born female aged between 16 and 20 years, and must not have celebrated her 21st birthday before the official National Pageant in August. 2. The contestant must be single, never married, nor had a marriage annulled, and must not have any children. 3. The contestant must not have any arrests or felony convictions in any state. 4. The contestant is responsible for providing all garments and costumes for the pageant. 5. The contestant must perform a talent that does not exceed 3 minutes.
