Race Face Brand Development (RFBD) is redefining how drivers prepare for career advancement through our Race Face Advancement and Race Face NEXT programs. We equip our drivers with the skills, training, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the track — developing the professionalism that attracts sponsors and the relationships that open doors to competitive opportunities. From media coaching to marketing strategy, RFBD drivers gain an edge at the grassroots level that most racers don’t experience until they reach the highest tiers of the sport.
Race Face Driver Development
Race Face Brand Development is the leader in the driver development industry because we have earned the respect of the motorsports community by developing outstanding young men and women. Our CODE is derived from two main factors our “Mission Statement” and our “Code of Ethics”. It all starts with doing the right thing and always acting with a high level of integrity.
MISSION STATEMENT
To be the leading value-added advancement program in the motorsports industry. To always live and compete by the Race Face CODE. Our goal is to develop Champions both on and off the track.
CODE OF ETHICS
We believe that a commitment to honesty, ethical conduct, and integrity is our most valued asset. Our CODE allows us to earn trust and build relationships between our drivers, parents, race teams, and marketing partners that will assist in career advancement. We are committed to winning both on and off the track with the highest level of integrity as well as losing with the same high standards.
The Race Face Family Of Drivers was established to give drivers and parents the opportunity to share experiences of what it takes to make it to the next level and how to avoid obstacles that can easily derail a career. It's simple, we are stronger as a group than we are standing alone. Most young drivers struggle when they reach the premier levels of our sport because they don't know how to function in a team environment.
THE RACE FACE DIFFERENCE
Race Face Brand Development is a full-service branding, and development program servicing young racecar drivers between the ages of 5 and 25 that have dreams and goals of reaching the top levels in racing. New Social Media Update Frame
Viewers are craving video content, but they want it to be easily accessible and fast, providing updates from their favorite drivers without the need to watch traditionally produced programs. To meet this demand, in the summer of 2023, RFBD designed a Social Media / Website specific driver Video Frame. This innovative approach allows fans to quickly and conveniently get the latest updates and highlights, ensuring they stay connected and engaged with their favorite drivers.
Driver Race Recaps - He was shy at one time! (-:
Each month, drivers are interviewed for our exclusive Drive-In-5 Podcast, which covers highlights from both on and off-track activities. This podcast serves as a valuable training tool to help drivers become more comfortable with media interviews. Designed to ease new drivers into the process, the initial 5-minute format minimizes intimidation, allowing them to update fans succinctly. As drivers gain confidence, the interview length can increase, as demonstrated by Jesse Love's 19-minute interview. The Drive-In-5 Podcast is available on SoundCloud, social media, Race Face TV, and on-demand, ensuring fans can stay connected and updated.
BRANDED DRIVER PODCAST
By leveraging a branded podcast, a race car driver can create a unique and authentic brand narrative, build a dedicated audience, and differentiate themselves in a competitive racing landscape. Podcasts can be shared on social media, YouTube, and other platforms like Spotify and SoundCloud.
GETTING NOTICED...
The right partners are key in the business of Motorsports. Whether it’s finding the right series to grow your racing craft, a competitive team to push you to the front, or marketing partners to assist in the funding needed to pursue your dreams. At Race Face Brand Development we will give you all the assets needed to present a professional brand. RFBD does NOT insure sponsorship, our job is to prepare you for when opportunity knocks so you are ready to walk through the door.
BRAND ASSETS...
Race Face Brand Development is dedicated to crafting exceptional websites that captivate audiences. Our team of seasoned designers specializes in creating professional desktop and mobile-responsive websites that not only draw in fans but also catch the eye of potential sponsors. It's crucial to recognize that for many prospective sponsors, their initial impression of your brand begins with your digital presence, particularly your website. That's why we emphasize the importance of ensuring your website reflects the essence of your brand and leaves a lasting impression. Let us empower your brand with our expertise, tools, and unwavering commitment to transform your website into your most powerful marketing asset. Don't allow your website to hinder your success; let us elevate it to new heights.
LOGO: Good logos are critical for race car drivers, as they establish the brand in a way that resonates with its fans. Logos are used on your website, uniform, hero cards, business cards, and apparel.
Hero Cards are a big part of your branding strategy. They help you grow your relationship with fans in the same way that business cards help you grow relationships. Not only do hero cards allow you to promote yourself and your team, but they also give you a very basic and engaging way to showcase partners who support your racing. Every fan wants the opportunity to get an autograph from their favorite driver, you can use hero cards for personal appearances, track meet and greets, but you can and should make them available through your website as well.
Additional branding materials include PDF Marketing Decks and our cutting-edge Digital Marketing Decks just like the one you are currently viewing.
SOCIAL MEDIA...
Social media is essential for Race Face drivers to expand their brand because it provides a platform to connect directly with fans, sponsors, and the broader motorsports community. Through regular updates, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive posts, drivers can build a loyal following and increase their visibility. Social media also allows drivers to showcase their personalities, share their achievements, and engage with their audience in real-time, fostering a deeper connection and trust. For sponsors, a strong social media presence demonstrates the driver's influence and reach, making them a more attractive partner. Ultimately, leveraging social media helps Race Face drivers to enhance their personal brand, attract sponsorship opportunities, and grow their fanbase.

Branded merchandise can significantly enhance the visibility and promotion of your brand among racing fans. By wearing and using products featuring your logo, fans become walking advertisements, helping to spread brand awareness both at events and in their everyday lives. This increased exposure is invaluable to potential sponsors, as it demonstrates a strong, engaged fan base and provides them with additional avenues for brand recognition and loyalty. In turn, this can lead to greater sponsorship opportunities and support for both the drivers and the brand.
The Race Face Family of Drivers, in collaboration with the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children battling pediatric brain tumors and other childhood cancers while also raising awareness through our unique sponsorship program. Race Face drivers do this by adopting a child and making them an honorary pit crew member. This bond extends beyond a single race, providing ongoing support for as long as the child and family need it. RFD also invites other sports programs and their adopted children to our race events. To date, FOJ has facilitated over 1,100 adoptions.
We reach out to our sponsors and potential sponsors to see if they have employees or know clients that have children battling pediatric cancer. If so, we match them with a team. Our marketing partners are committed to helping us spread messages of encouragement to children and families fighting cancer. Through these efforts, we aim to create a supportive community that brings hope and joy to those in need.
The below video is a few years old but still conveys the message of FOJ and it's importance in the life of children battling pediatric cancer.
Meet Denis Murphy Founder and CEO of the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation as he shares his thoughts on our Racing For A Cause. Our unique Sponsorship Program is cutting edge and many drivers have funded their entire season while helping to raise awareness for FOJ.

At every stop, drivers participate in FOJ adoptions, fan engagement, and fundraising efforts—using the power of racing to make a real difference off the track.
